I hung out with my cousin that arrived from Cuba nine months ago.  We made plans to go to the beach next weekend.

    What is he like? Is he staying here for good?

    He appears to be caring and has good intentions. He's staying in Tampa for now. His chance to go back ends in 3 months. He says that he wants to stay, but his wife wants to go back.
